Hi, I’m Julian!

I'm a professional filmmaker and photographer and I'm passionate about capturing meaningful stories through my lens.

I was  born in Colombia but grew up in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve always been inspired by culture, nature, and the beauty of authentic human connection. My journey into filmmaking truly took shape while I got the chance to live in the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. What began as a creative passion quickly grew into a full-time job behind the camera for me. 

For over seven years, I’ve had the privilege of documenting weddings, celebrations, brands, and life’s most meaningful moments. My approach is rooted in storytelling — capturing not just how a moment looks, but how it feels. I believe the most powerful visuals come from genuine emotion, thoughtful composition, and an eye for the small details that make each story unique.

Today, I’m based back in the Pacific Northwest, continuing to create films and photographs that allow people to relive their most important moments for years to come.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me exploring the outdoors, chasing new adventures, and finding inspiration in the landscapes that surround us.
